The hotel was absolutely fantastic, as you can expect from Blackpool. I loved the room, it was reasonably priced and neat and had an electric kettle, central heating and an iron with ironing board. The location was great and lovely, on the tram or bus, in the good area. Spent here 2 brilliant days and would love to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Waldorf! The rooms were spacious and had a separate bedroom with a TV and DVD player, perfect for our grandkids. The sea view from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a variety of cereals, yogurts, fruits, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning, thanks to Tom, Steve, and their fantastic team.
We felt truly looked after during our stay at The Waldorf, and there was nothing to complain about.

Besides, the location was peaceful for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a steel bobsled roller coaster.

It has magnificent location in Blackpool as it's very close to tram stop, the Sandcastle Water Park and trams and beech. The staff is excellent, and the owner too. Impeccably clean place, would stay there again.

Had brilliant 3 nights in this hotel that's why I greatly enjoyed that. The breakfast was incredible and satisfactory with a chocolate cake, had everything you could want. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was well-equipped and perfectly clean.

The venue was newly decorated, I enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent near to the tram stop, Blackpool for years, and buses. The staff was attentive, amicable, nothing too much trouble. I visited in-house bar and tried welcome drinks.

The hotel was clean and peaceful, had exceptionally nice staff and well priced rooms. Greatly enjoyed an electric kettle, central heating and an iron with ironing board in the room. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a chocolate cake as big as our granddaughters face, and the food was fab. The property had indeed a great and magnificent location in a very quiet area. The whole experience was very comfortable, no reason to complain, couldn't recommend more.

Its location just next door to Mirror Ball was marvellous and fantastic. Enjoyed our rooms with bunk bed for the children.

Our stay in this hotel was a great experience. The location is amazing since it is close to the waterfront and has good transport links. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and having a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was small but very comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free Wifi and TV in our room.
The hotel did not have enough facilities for eating, but we were allowed to eat our take-away in the restaurant area.

missing
The breakfast food, staff & dining room.
The bedroom was too small. The bar was poorly stocked, no draught drinks available due to no gas to pump them. Dinner was not surved during our stay as no one had booked it in advance. The option of booking dinner in advance was not available on your web site.
-
missing
the fact that the kitchen was only open at breakfast

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient, near Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The food for breakfast could have been better by offering more variety and options.
